Mini Cheesecakes

This is a very tiny and cute dessert called mini cheesecakes. I used two different jam flavors (Strawberry and Raspberry) I thought that would be perfect with white chocolate, although you can use any kind of jam that you like. It looks so fancy, but inexpensive. If you want to impress your guests, this is a great way to do that. Perfect for parties. I suggest you keep them chilled, because the colder they are, the better they taste. My husband and the boys always beg me to make this for them. I must warn you, though, they are very addicting! Once you eat one, you can't stop!
