Spinach Stuffed Tilapia
Servings: 4 Total time: 25 mins
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves,chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp grated onion
- 1/4 Tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 lbs Tilapia fillets
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2-3 clove garlic, minced (Depends on how much you like)
- Smoked Paprika
- Dried Parsley
Wash fillets and pat dry.
Divide spinach mixture among fillets and spread evenly over the surface.
Roll up and pace,seam side down, in baking pan.
Melt butter, remove from heat and stir in garlic.
Brush fish with garlic butter and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature registers 145 degrees.
Garlic and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
Servings: 4 Total time: 45 mins
- 6 cloves garlic,minced (Don't be afraid of garlic, use as much to you like)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 lb russet potatoes,peeled and quartered
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup garlic butter or regular butter
- white pepper, to taste
Add cream and 1 tsp sea salt,simer 10 minutes and keep warm.
Boil the potatoes in water and 1 Tbsp sea salt until tender. Drain well.
Whip potatoes until smooth.
Add the cream mixture,cheese,and parsley.
Stir until fluffy.
One Hollandise package
Follow the direction on the back of package.
Serve Stuffed Tilapia over the mashed potatoes and cover with Hollandise sauce.
